what is the best nootebook that is not too much $ also - what brand and what is it called - the notebook that you are able write on you (laptop pc)

my basic reqirements are: 1 working on softwares like photoshop average level 2 play games like nfs most wanted 3 internet 4 blutooth 5 wireless network iprice range should be (cheap laptop computers)

or is it not possible? i urgently need to change my computer and can put up with vista for a while. provided i know i will be able to have (buy laptop)
